Due to the custom nature of our products, order changes are limited and we do not offer refunds or returns. All orders will require approval prior to entering the production process. Approval of your order will result in the ability to make changes beyond the approval point. Please refer to the guidelines below for our order policies.
Due to the custom nature of our products, orders can only be changed within 24 hours from the time you placed your order. Email email@example.com and include your order number.
Orders can be canceled up to 24 hours after the order is placed. Beyond that time, we will have begun manufacturing your cabinet doors, and the order cannot be canceled.
Returns on Orders
We do not offer returns on our custom made products since each and every one is made specifically for your kitchen. We will, however, fix or replace any product due to a manufacturing related imperfection.
Damage to Product
We spent a lot of time making your cabinet doors and panels, and it is just as important to us that they arrive damage-free. However, accidents can happen. It’s important to inspect your order within 24 hours of receipt, and document any damage to your items with photographs. Should you notice any damage when your order is being delivered, make sure the driver notes it on your delivery slip. Send photos of the damage along with your shipping documents to firstname.lastname@example.org within 24 hours of receiving your order to make a damage claim. All claims are void if not reported within 24 hours of delivery.
